Refunds and missing credits
Last reviewed October 6, 2026
Credit packs are bought through the App Store or Google Play, so Apple and Google handle refunds; you request them from the store, not from us. If you paid and your credits didn't arrive, that one is ours to fix: email [email protected].
Bought on iPhone or iPad (App Store)
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.
- Choose Request a refund, pick the reason, and select the Iris AI purchase.
Apple decides and replies by email. See Apple's guide: Request a refund for apps or content.
Bought on Android (Google Play)
- Open your Google Play order history.
- Find the Iris AI purchase and choose Request a refund (or Report a problem).
Google refunds many purchases made in the last 48 hours on request; after that, contact us and we'll help. See Google Play's refund policy.
Paid, but no credits?
First check that you're signed in to the same account you used when buying. If the credits still aren't there, email [email protected] with the date and time of the purchase, the store, and the email or phone number you sign in with. We check the purchase with Apple or Google and add the credits.
A reading went wrong
If a reading failed or came back clearly wrong (for example the photo was of the wrong eye), write to us with the date and time. We look at each case.
Questions people ask
Can I get a refund for Iris AI credits?
Yes, by asking the store you bought from. On iPhone, use reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, use your Google Play order history. Apple and Google decide refunds.
Does Iris AI have a subscription I need to cancel?
No. Iris AI sells one-off credit packs only, so there is nothing to cancel.
