Iris AI is free to download, and readings use credits: a full reading of both eyes costs 2 credits, each wellness plan costs 1 credit, and packs start at 5 credits for $3.99. There is no subscription; you buy a pack when you want one.

Apple and Google set the local price in each country, including tax, so the app always shows the exact price for your store before you pay.
Where your credits live
Credits belong to the account you sign in with (Apple, Google, email or phone). Sign in the same way on a new phone and your balance comes with you. Deleting your account removes any unused credits, and that can't be undone.
Free credits
A friend's referral code gives you 2 credits, enough for one full reading, and they get 1 credit once you've taken it. Partner studios sometimes hand out codes too. See partner and referral codes.

Is Iris AI a subscription?
No. Iris AI uses one-off credit packs. Nothing renews automatically.
How much is one iris reading?
A full reading of both eyes costs 2 credits. With the 5-credit pack ($3.99 in the US) that is one reading plus three wellness plans.
What if I paid but my credits didn't appear?
Check that you are signed in to the same account you bought with. If the credits still don’t show, email [email protected] with the time of purchase and the account you sign in with, and we will put it right.
